My unique insight into the importance of online-reputation through working globally with hotels, travel agents and tourism boards has led me to being invited to be a keynote speaker at some of the world’s largest travel conferences from WTM to ITB; ATM to INDABA. I have helped train key clients of tourism boards such as South African Tourism, Tourism Victoria and Visit London in the importance of correctly managing their online reputation. My previous work within women’s press on titles such as Cosmopolitan, Hello! Magazine and Handbag.com has given me a lifelong passion for marketing, branding and communication.
